These Terms of Service govern your use of Premier Shuttlers Academy’s facilities, programmes, and website. By enrolling in any programme or using our facilities, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership & Enrolment
- Enrolment in any programme requires completion of our registration form and payment of applicable fees.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its discretion.
- All students under 18 must have a parent or guardian consent to enrol.
2. Fees & Payment
- Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st of each month.
- Fees must be paid in full to secure your place in the programme.
- The Academy reserves the right to revise fees with 30 days’ written notice.
- Fees are non-transferable between students or programmes without prior approval.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
- A minimum of 15 days’ written notice is required to cancel or pause a membership.
- Cancellations made with less than 15 days’ notice will be charged for the following month.
- Classes missed due to personal reasons are non-refundable. However, make-up sessions may be arranged at the coach’s discretion.
- If the Academy cancels a session, a make-up class or proportionate credit will be offered.
4. Court Booking & Pay & Play
- Court bookings must be made in advance via our Playo booking system or by calling the academy.
- Bookings cancelled less than 2 hours before the session start time are non-refundable.
- Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booked slot.
- Pay & Play sessions are subject to court availability and cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.
5. Code of Conduct
- All players, parents, and visitors must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow players.
- Appropriate sportswear and non-marking court shoes must be worn at all times on court.
- Food and beverages (other than water) are not permitted on the courts.
- Smoking, alcohol, and substances are strictly prohibited within the academy premises.
- Any form of harassment, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
6. Health & Safety
- Players participate in all activities at their own risk.
- It is the responsibility of each player to ensure they are medically fit to participate.
- Players with known medical conditions should inform their coach before commencing training.
- The Academy maintains a first aid kit on premises. In the event of a serious injury, emergency services will be contacted.
- The Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training or use of facilities, except where caused by negligence on the part of Academy staff.
7. Photography & Video
- The Academy may photograph or video sessions for promotional purposes on social media and our website.
- By enrolling, you consent to such use of images unless you inform us in writing that you do not wish to be photographed.
- For minors, parental or guardian consent is required for any published photography.
8. Loss or Damage
The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Players are advised not to bring valuables to the academy.
9. Changes to Terms
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and members will be notified with reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
